How to mix
Ingredients
- 1 handful Ice, for stirring and serving
- 1 glass Rocks glass
Method
- 1. Choose one Negroni option.
- 2. For stirred options, add the selected option's liquid ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir until very cold.
- 3. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice.
- 4. For a Sbagliato, build gently in the glass over ice and stir lightly.
- 5. Garnish as listed.

- 30 ml Gin or mezcal, use gin for classic or mezcal for a smoky variation
- 30 ml Campari
- 30 ml Sweet red vermouth
- 1 piece Orange peel or grapefruit peel, for garnish
Method
- 1. Mix using the stirred method, then garnish with orange or grapefruit peel.

Choose one Negroni option per drink. The options are alternatives, not sequential steps. Classic and mezcal Negronis share the same equal-parts build, so they are grouped together. Most Negroni-style drinks are stirred with ice and served over fresh ice, while a Sbagliato is built gently with prosecco.
